Appointed in 2007 as Technical Director and now positioned as Development Director, Neil has over 40 years experience in property, construction and development. With a background as a Regional Architect for other leading property developers such as Redrow, Neil has been responsible for the delivery of residential and mixed use schemes across the UK, and now leads the development concept and strategy for each project at Fruition Properties.
