Exciting progress is being made at our residential development in Kensington on behalf of a private client. We’re transforming a beautiful period property into a self-contained 2-bedroom lower-ground apartment with a four-storey townhouse above, blending classic architecture with modern design and functionality.

Latest progress includes:

• The lower-ground apartment is nearing completion, now in the second fix stage, with kitchen installation and decorating well underway.
• For the main house, standout features – including a bespoke timber spiral staircase and internal lift – have been finalised and are currently in manufacture.
• Externally, new windows have been installed throughout, and the façade is being carefully restored, with brick repointing and stonework repairs bringing the building’s character back to life.
