Fruition Properties are delighted to have received a wide range of awards over the years. Most recently we achieved Silver in the 2023 What House Awards in the Best Small Housebuilder category. We were also nominated in the Mixed Use Category in the Brent Design Awards for Old Dairy House, our scheme in Kensal Rise, a finalist in the RESI Awards in the Small Developer Category and winner of the British Homes Award for Merchant Terrace, our development of eight, four-bedroom townhouses in W6, to name but a few.
