Land Director

Jonathan moved to Fruition Properties as Land Director in early 2020, bringing over a decade of acquisition experience working with blue chip names including Crest Nicholson (Central London), Taylor Wimpey and Berkeley Homes (Capital) providing significant mixed-use real estate and airspace development knowledge.

As a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute he has delivered over £250m of land in development sites through a variety of structures; SPV purchase, Option agreements, Unconditional and structured STP deals. His team is focused on acquisition of development opportunities in outer prime London and to work to deliver the planning gain alongside the investment and development functions.
