The Observatory

The Observatory is a landmark development over four floors located in New Southgate, with spectacular views of North London and Alexandra Palace.  The contemporary design and high-quality finish of this scheme, with many of the apartments benefiting from private terraces and secure off-street parking, proved incredibly popular to both first-time buyers and investors, with a large proportion of the properties sold off-plan.
