Fruition Properties win acclaim at What House Awards

Fruition Properties was delighted to be awarded Silver in one of the largest awards programmes in British housebuilding last week.

The 2023 What House Awards, a glittering gala lunch presented by comedian Ed Gamble, were held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House hotel in London on Friday. Winning in the Best Small Housebuilder category, against stiff competition, Fruition Properties CEO, Mani Khiroya and Land Director, Jonathan Smart accepted the award on behalf of the company.

The judges praised the company for not only recent ground up developments such as Windows on the River in Chiswick and Old Dairy House in Kensal Rise but also for its leading role in airspace development particularly with its ability to unlock housing in a sustainable way by removing the need for new groundworks and foundations, thus significantly reducing carbon emissions during construction.

A fantastic result for the team at Fruition Properties, and a testament to their dedication and hard work in delivering inspiring new homes across London.
