Fruition Properties introduces the government backed scheme to Madison Apartments in Fulham SW6 - now available on selected apartments.

This popular scheme is available on designated new build homes up to £600,000 across London. Purchasers require just a 5% deposit and a 55% mortgage from a participating bank or building society, with the remaining balance of up to 40% being covered by a government equity loan.

One bedroom apartments at Madison Apartments are available from £575,000. Please visit our developments section for more information.

Mani Khiroya, managing director, comments ‘Our strategy for building new homes aims to appeal to the entire network of homebuyers across London, from investors and families to first-time buyers. Introducing Help to Buy to our Madison Apartments development is an exciting project, where we hope we can help first time buyers take their initial step onto the property ladder’.

Also available on London Help to Buy is Florian House, located in New Southgate. The development, which is now 70% sold, has one remaining apartment eligible for the government backed scheme, the three-bedroom penthouse which is priced at £599,950.
