Fruition Properties has hired former professional rugby player Mark Foster as Financial Controller and Funding Analyst as it continues its ambitious growth trajectory.
Mark joins from Deloitte’s Real Estate M&A tax team where he was delivering a full suite of M&A advice to large private equity and institutional clients. Prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Mark was a professional rugby player for Exeter Chiefs, Gloucester Rugby and Jersey, also earning caps for England’s 7’s team.
The hire comes during an exciting period of growth and new strategic direction for Fruition Properties, with an increased focus on MMC, technology, airspace development and partnerships. In the financial year to date, the business has legally secured 85 units across 3 schemes and there is 143 units in the pipeline across 5 further schemes (deal agreed, in legal negotiation).
Mark Foster, Financial Controller and Funding Analyst, comments: “Fruition Properties is a developer that has a clear vision to do things differently, through new ways of working, innovation and technology. There is a clear focus on people, teamwork and partnerships – values which align with my own. I am looking forward to the new challenge with a company that can make a real impact on the fabric of London.”
Fruition Properties currently has a diverse portfolio of schemes, including luxury apartments in Chiswick and Notting Hill, new-build mews houses in Finchley, through to innovative airspace schemes above residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Its recent research with Knight Frank revealed that Southwark alone has potential to house 2,000 rooftop homes without demolition of existing structures.
