Cornwall Works now 80% reserved

Following the launch of our Cornwall Works development in February, early interest has been particularly high with a mixture of purchasers. Seven out of nine units are now reserved, six of which are by first-time buyers through London Help to Buy.

Homeowners and investors have been impressed with the private gated development, its interior design, the quality of the finish and product specification. Finchley, a popular north London suburb located in zone 4, also offers excellent capital growth potential over the coming years.

The remaining units include a ground floor one-bedroom apartment priced at £450,000 and a three-bedroom duplex apartment located on the ground and first floors, priced at £650,000. The development is due to complete in early May following which the apartments will be ready for occupation.
