Construction begins in earnest in Clapham

Situated between two quiet tree lined streets, the boutique scheme, our first in Clapham, will form nine striking three bedroom townhouses and create a new private mews which residents will be able to park within.

The initial groundworks phase has come to a close comprising the installation of all piles, the finalisation of the drainage works and installation of the pump chamber.

The houses themselves will have a large open-plan kitchen, dining and family space on the lower ground floor, thoughtfully designed for modern living. Ready for the excavation of these spaces, upgraded welfare facilities are being installed at the end of October, which will then lead on to 2566 cubic metres of earth excavated and disposed for the lower ground levels alone. This equates to approximately 321 lorry loads!

Once the excavation is complete, the formation of the super structure will start to take place and the full extent of the development will start to take shape.

Each of the nine contemporary townhouses will further benefit from three bedrooms, rooftop terraces, patio gardens, with high specification finishes and features including programmable mood lighting, hot water on demand and luxurious bathrooms.
