Situated on Vauxhall Street, the location of this new site offers excellent transport connections into the city and beyond, with easy access to the local amenities of South London. It will also benefit from the on-going regeneration across Vauxhall and Kennington.
We will be commencing the planning process shortly, and it is our intention to submit an application for a new residential scheme that will breathe new life into the site and be ready for occupation in 2017.
