Corporate Responsibility

We are aware that as an experienced property developer in London, our work has a substantial impact on the communities in which we operate, both socially, economically and environmentally.

The industry Fruition Properties operate in allows us the opportunity to make a significant difference by actively engaging with the community and supporting local organisations located near our developments through our corporate social responsibility programme.

Our strategy aims to make a positive and tangible contribution, focusing on areas important to our staff and aligned with our company values. These include Education and Mentoring, Sustainability and the Environment, Homelessness and the Promotion of Women in Property and Construction.

We recognise the importance of working alongside organisations aligned to our industry and the local communities in which we develop our properties, while also running the business with respect and consideration for our workforce, suppliers and consultants.

On a global level, the company has a continued commitment to charitable organisations with support for a number of projects, through both financial aid and the team’s direct involvement in charitable activities. These include The Lily Foundation – which supports grassroots NGOs  (non-governmental organisations) that work to prevent the trafficking of women and children in India and the United Kingdom through prevention, rescue and rehabilitation – as well as Sense International, a global charity supporting deaf and blind individuals in Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Tanzania, Peru, Romania and Uganda.
