Our team ensure technical considerations are taken into account at the outset, so schemes are buildable, safe and compliant and remain actively engaged throughout, working with the professional team and challenging them to push boundaries and achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
Our deep knowledge of planning policy has meant that we’ve successfully won appeals on numerous occasions and have been able to add further value for the client by implementing S73 and S96 amendments. Furthermore, we’re able to negotiate on planning agreements such as S106 legal documents with the interest of the client in mind.
We offer a full sales and marketing service including brand design, creation of all marketing collateral, including social media, as well as managing and implementing the overall sales strategy, including launching of show apartments and marketing suites. As part of this, we conduct market research into target markets and competitor schemes and develop pricing strategies to achieve the agreed sales objectives.
If the site is in an appropriate location, the development can be sold under the Fruition Properties brand and benefit from our extensive track record and ability to achieve premium values. Our sister company, Parallel Property Management, have years of experience dealing with aftersales client-care and post-occupancy management and this is an optional service we can include as part of our offering.
