Working with our property management partners, we always look to establish long term relationships with each and every one of our homeowners, while their properties are managed in a professional and empathetic manner. Additionally, our experience ensures any building, renovation or maintenance is completed on a timely and cost-efficient basis.
We understand that purchasing a property is likely to be one of the biggest financial commitments that anyone will make in their lifetime. Customer service is therefore our highest priority, in which we make the experience as positive as we possibly can. In order to protect each investment and ensure the smooth and efficient running of a property, we have a dedicated internal after sales care team and will provide a property manager to manage the block. A Fruition Properties liaison will act as the day-to-day point of contact for individual leaseholder enquiries.
Together, they will also ensure that current property legislation is met, including The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Actively meeting on a regular basis to review all matters and to take forward any instruction in an efficient manner, the team will always resolve any concerns.
