The land acquisition team provide the opportunity for landowners to utilise expert skills, funding and knowledge to unlock value through joint venture partnerships or through Promotion Agreements. Where we are selected as Land Promoter our objective to maximise land value between promoter and developer is aligned. Once planning permission is obtained the site is then sold on the open market to the highest bidder.
