Corporate Responsibility

Our corporate social responsibility programme focuses on areas important to our staff and aligned with our company values.

These include education and mentoring, sustainability homelessness and the promotion of women in property and construction.

As the situation in London has become more acute over the years, we have focussed increasingly on homelessness and have been proudly supporting a charity called Organising Food for London for the last 16 years, (Fruition Properties’ Chief Executive, Mani Khiroya, has personally been supporting and working with the team for nearly 20 years).

This small non-profit organisation fully staffed by volunteers, helps and empowers the homeless and the vulnerable by providing food and basic essentials throughout the year to those in need. Distributing hot food and non-perishable supplies weekly in Lincoln’s Inn, any leftovers are sent to hostels and street kitchens, such as St Mungo’s, Mother Theresa hostels and others across London.

Christmas Appeal

In addition to this, during the cold winter months the charity raises money through their annual ‘Sponsor a Bag’ appeal. With a target amount of £5,000 for 2023, all funds raised via their Just Giving page go to provide essential ‘Winter Bags’, which contain warm clothes such as thermal vests, socks, blankets and also toiletries and some food.

The bags are packed and organised by the volunteers, including some of the team from Fruition Properties, and then distributed by Organising Food for London. Last year the team managed to raise enough money to provide 750 ‘Winter Bags’ and this year’s winter appeal, which is now live, hopes to raise enough money to repeat this.

Please see Organising Food For London | Facebook for further information or to make a donation please visit their Just Giving page. Like last year, Fruition Properties will match any donations made up to the sum of £1000.
