Our Process

Our recruitment process is to find out if prospective employees fit in, can learn and add value to our business.

Our recruitment process involves three simple steps:

Step 1

You will have an initial telephone meeting with a senior member of the team to discuss the role and whether Fruition Properties is the right fit for you.

Step 2

You will have a face to face interview with the direct line manager and perhaps another member of the team to learn more about you, and how and where you wish to take your next career steps.

Step 3

This will usually involve a practical element where you may be asked to undertake a task relevant to the role and where you would meet another member of the senior management team.
