Marketing Manager

Central London

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to work at our Central London office.

Operating since 2003, Fruition Properties has a track record of developing unique properties. As a development manager, we oversee the entire lifecycle of each development from funding and acquisition, through planning, design and construction to marketing and sales.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing manager to join our team on a 3 days per week basis. You will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of all marketing activity, including corporate marketing, development site marketing and any activity required for sister companies. This is a varied role full of exciting challenges and with real opportunity to make a difference. You will work alongside a focused and ambitious team, and will have the desire and potential to progress and grow as the business grows.


  • Development marketing: Supporting and collaborating with the Sales team to agree the correct marketing strategy and working with the relevant freelancers, agencies, photographers etc to deliver the collateral required within the agreed timeframe.  Liaising with appointed agents to ensure the marketing collateral is distributed correctly and kept up to date.
  • Show flats: working with the Product and Marketing Director to brief interior designers and coordinate the installation and delivery of show units in line with the sales strategy.
  • Manage and ensure value for money is extracted from all external supplier relationships. Demonstrate commercial awareness.
  • Brand assets: Create/ procure and manage all marketing assets to help drive sales. Ideally this will include being able to use Photoshop, Illustrator to create leaflets, emails, adverts etc.
  • Website and digital marketing: Work with various team members to ensure the website copy, content and design is up to date and in line with the company strategy. You will be familiar with using backend CMS to keep the website up to date. Ideally you will have some experience of SEO optimisation.
  • Digital content planning:  Working directly with other members of the team you will translate our marketing and business strategy into engaging content plans for our digital platforms (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Website, Blog and email).
  • Content creation: Develop and execute the right content for our blog, PR and social media channels. This must be high quality and in line with the brand guidelines.
  • PR: Support our PR strategy by contributing to awards submissions, briefing and working with our PR company and seeking out opportunities for promotion.
  • Social media: Manage our social media channels, including managing content (including posting, responding to comments and messages) on the various platforms.
  • Reporting: Analyse data and support quarterly reporting to help the decision-making process.
  • Corporate Marketing: Act as the Brand Guardian for the Fruition Properties brand and be responsible for the production of any corporate assets eg stationery, business cards etc.

Experience & Skills

  • Motivated and enthusiastic graduate with at least three years’ experience managing and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns and activity.
  • Preference for knowledge and ability to use key Adobe Suite programmes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • You’re happy planning and running your own work and would be keen to build and lead your own team at some point in the future.
  • Demonstrable interest in the London property market and you’re confident getting up to speed with the basics of property development.
  • You’re flexible and are happy to step outside of your remit in order to make things happen.
  • You have a ‘growth hacking’ mindset and are constantly improving your ideas based on results.
  • You are comfortable working in a small team with big ambitions.
