Investment and Funding Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for an Investment and Funding Analyst to work in our London office.

The Role

We are seeking an Investment and Funding Analyst. This is an important role that will support the next phase of growth of the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be supporting her and the CEO in dealing with investors and banks to raise funding for our development entities, as well as taking responsibility for all investor and bank reporting.

Fruition Properties is in the process of revising its funding approach to accelerate its current growth plans and you will work with the Board in supporting this.  Would suit a qualified accountant/analyst, ideally with real estate experience, looking to grow their skill set and investment experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Working with the Land Team to preparing information for new projects to assist with investor fund-raising, and in particular unlocking ESG focused investment
  • Preparation of quarterly accounts and reporting for all live deals
  • Preparing year end accounts from trial balances for DevCos
  • Dealing with investor queries on existing projects
  • Ensuring KYC and AML is maintained for all investors


  • Working closely with the CEO and COO to support debt raising for new projects and refinances, with a focus on unlocking ESG focused lending
  • Analysis and understanding of the debt and equity mix and impact on projects/business to assist with financial structuring of deals
  • Collating deal information to banks and lawyers to support bank due diligence and initial draw-downs
  • Maintenance of Fruition portfolio performance information
  • Responding to bank queries and dealing with ongoing bank reporting

Qualifications & Skills

  • A qualified accountant or analyst with experience from a top 4 accountancy firm or in real estate
  • Excellent communication skills – investor or bank reporting experience desirable
  • Excellent Excel and modelling skills
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • You have a ‘growth hacking’ mindset and are constantly improving your ideas based on results
  • You’re flexible and are happy to step outside of your remit in order to make things happen; from time to time you may be required to perform other tasks, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and where necessary, training will be given
  • You are comfortable working in a small team with big ambitions
