We are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper to work at our Central London office.

Operating since 2003, Fruition Properties has a track record of developing unique properties. As a development manager, we oversee the entire lifecycle of each development from funding and acquisition, through planning, design and construction to marketing and sales.

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic book keeper to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring timely accounting postings and executing accounts payable functions. You will be part of a small finance team and will be responsible for both Fruition Properties’ trading companies and its project SPVs.

Key Responsibilities

  • To reconcile trading company bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • To post supplier purchase invoices for all trading companies and project SPVs
  • To setup and review direct debits and payment plans where applicable
  • To resolve supplier queries and chase missing invoices
  • To prepare the main supplier pay run on a monthly basis
  • To complete all finance company filing on a monthly basis

Experience & Skills

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Practical experience of working with Sage and Quickbooks accounting software
  • High attention to detail
  • Personable and proactive, keen to engage with colleagues
  • You are comfortable working in a small team with big ambitions

Fruition Properties will offer

  • An opportunity to develop your career in an exciting and collaborative working environment in initially as a 16 hours per week role, with opportunity to develop further
  • This could be across 2-3 days but would need to be Monday to Wednesday.
  • Salary on offer is £15-18 per hour, based on experience
  • An initial 6-month contract
