Following the appointment of former CALA Group Land Director, Simon Boreham last summer, Tatiana joins Fruition Properties under Simon’s leadership, bringing a wealth of experience in the appraisal and acquisition of sites for residential and mixed-use schemes throughout London.
The appointment comes during an exciting period of growth for Fruition Properties, which has achieved planning for several new sites in the past 12 months, and continues to look to expand to an entire development pipeline worth over £346m. Tatiana will be responsible for acquiring land for development throughout London, with or without planning, focussing principally outside zone two of Great London.
In her previous role as Land and Planning Manager at Regal Homes, Tatiana was predominantly responsible for identifying residential, commercial and mixed use development opportunities throughout London, appraising sites and undertaking negotiations. Tatiana spent a year and a half with the developer, which is backed by one of the world’s largest private equity firms, KKR, and has a pipeline of 1,000 homes across eight schemes, which also include considerable commercial elements.
Tatiana previously worked for Savills for over three years, starting as a Graduate Surveyor before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in housing development and regeneration. As well as a degree in English Literature, Tatiana holds a master’s degree in Real Estate at London Southbank University.
Tatiana comments: “Fruition Properties’ growth trajectory has been phenomenal, with increasingly innovative and high profile projects in the pipeline. It is an extremely exciting time to be joining the company as it continues to expand, working with a highly regarded network of architects, specialist consultants and agents to provide much needed new homes across London and beyond.”
Mani Khiroya, Managing Director of Fruition Properties, comments: “Tatiana is a key hire for Fruition Properties and a significant addition to our growing land team. As we continue to acquire development opportunities, our headcount has increased simultaneously, with particularly notable expansion for our in-house land and planning team. Tatiana will be instrumental in the business’s continued success.”
Outside of the office, Tatiana is a keen traveller and also volunteers at Great Ormond Street Hospital in her spare time.
