Planning consent achieved in Finchley N3

The recently approved development will bring nine contemporary new apartments to the area with extensive landscaped gardens.

Located in Finchley on sought after Dollis Avenue, Fruition Properties will demolish the current residential premises to create a gated development of nine two and three bedroom apartments, raising the bar for new builds in the area.

The planned development, which includes large landscaped communal gardens, photovoltaic panels at roof level, private underground parking and lift access, sits on a popular tree lined residential road a short distance from Finchley Central underground station.
