Our team has further expanded, with added strength and diversity within our technical, land and construction teams. Two senior Project & Design Managers, Dharm Bhullar and Daniel Wittenberg, ensure further breadth and experience within the team, picking up the management of a number of new schemes in our growing development pipeline.
Dharm Bhullar, who was appointed in April as Project & Design Manager, brings extensive experience from Barratt London and Berkeley Homes by working on a number of high-end residential schemes. Dharm comes from an architectural design background with a degree in Architectural Technology, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologies (MCIAT) and a chartered member of the Association of Building Engineers (C.Build E MCABE). He has previously worked as a senior architect technologist for a variety of high-profile practices, running multiple projects. Dharm has recently taken control of up and coming residential schemes in Clapham and Ladbroke Grove.
Daniel Wittenberg has also recently joined the Technical team as Project & Design Manager. Daniel is a chartered Building Services Engineer with over nine years of experience in M&E design consultancy. Previously, Daniel worked at Hoare Lea LLP where he led a number of projects in both the commercial and residential sector, with project values up to £200m. Daniel holds a 1st class degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Birmingham. He has taken control of our residential development, Cornwall Works, in Finchley and will continue to work closely with design teams and contractors to ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained on all projects.
Neil Fanning, technical director, comments, “We’ve been looking for some time for an engineer to join our project management team and broaden our in-house expertise. In particular, achieving and further pushing energy efficiency requirements is getting tougher and more costly year by year. Daniel’s appointment is key to giving the company an edge over its competitors in controlling these costs and establishing our building services strategy in the coming years. Additionally, Dharm brings an in-depth knowledge of construction detailing and construction techniques, which is already achieving significant value engineering on both projects he is managing.”
Our construction team has also grown, with the appointment of Alpesh Daya as Assistant Quantity Surveyor. A former carpenter, now a fully trained Quantity Surveyor, Alpesh initially worked on curtain walling and partitioning projects before moving to Lampco Construction for 5 years, where he was responsible for the management of social and new-build housing for private clients.
Samuel Bristow, has also just joined as a member of our Land team, in order to further bolster our capability for acquiring residential and mixed-use development opportunities across London. Originally from Wirral, Merseyside, Samuel grew up amongst property professionals and developers. He moved south to explore the London property market, originally dealing with off-market property in a number of central London boroughs. He is a specialist in off-market networks and developing acquisition strategies. Samuel is keen to further expand his network base and enjoys the opportunity to meet and work with new contacts.
Lee Redhead, Land Director comments, “We are pleased to welcome Samuel into the Fruition Properties land team. Our land-buying capability continues to grow and this latest appointment will further strengthen our ability to react quickly and decisively when land-purchasing opportunities present themselves.”
Fruition Properties is actively seeking new land and has an excellent reputation for purchasing land quickly and unconditionally. Please contact us on 020 3828 0109 or by email – firstname.lastname@example.org
