New development site in West London

Situated in one of the most up-and-coming postcodes in London, the Old Dairy, as the site was traditionally known, is located close to the trendy Chamberlayne Road, which was once named the hippest street in Europe by Vogue. In the last few years, Kensal Rise has seen a rapid transformation with a number of chic eateries, boutiques, and restaurants located just on the borders of Notting Hill.

We will be commencing the planning process shortly, with our intention to submit an application for a mixed-use commercial and residential scheme containing a number of units, with completion expected during 2017.
