Fruition Properties launches The Halley

7th February 2018

We are pleased to announce we have launched The Halley off-plan, a gated collection of nine apartments on tree-lined Dollis Avenue in Finchley N3.

Situated just a 10 minute walk from Finchley Central station, the development comprises a mixture of spacious two and three bedroom apartments, with large landscaped communal gardens, private outdoor space, underground parking and lift access. The development, which enjoys mainly west facing views over Finchley, is finished in an attractive combination of red brick and white render that matches the local vernacular, with large pointed gables that flood the interiors with light while also housing inset balconies for certain apartments. There are also a number of sustainability measures, including photovoltaic panels on the roof, resulting in significantly reduced energy bills for residents.

Ranging from 1,141 sq ft to 2,293 sq ft, the apartments enjoy high ceilings and expansive, unique layouts, complemented by the same high end finish that Fruition Properties has become known for. This includes sleek kitchens with contemporary Siemens integrated appliances and composite stone worktops, wet underfloor heating throughout with oak engineered timber flooring and carefully appointed bedrooms. Virtually all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while many of the master bedrooms have adjoining balconies and walk-in wardrobes.

Finchley Central station is on the Northern line, providing fast access to the transport hub of Kings Cross in just 18 minutes and Bank in 23 minutes. There is also a strong local bus network and easy access to the A1, North Circular and Regent’s Park roads.

Mani Khiroya, Managing Director of Fruition Properties, comments: “High quality newbuild homes are extremely rare in Finchley, so The Halley will significantly raise the bar for the area. Finchley enjoys excellent transport connections, open spaces and amenities within easy reach, proving particular popular with older buyers and empty nesters. It has benefited from the ripples of affluent neighbouring areas including Muswell Hill, Highgate and Mill Hill, now forming a highly attractive living proposition in its own right.”

Situated in Zone 4, Finchley is a popular North London suburb, historically known for attracting intellectual and artistic residents including Spike Milligan and Charles Darwin, who both wrote some of their finest works there. Close to central London yet on the cusp of open countryside and woodland, it is now hotspot for both young professionals and families, with an appealing mixture of chain and independent shops, cafes, gastropubs and restaurants, providing every day convenience on the doorstep. The popular leisure attractions of Alexandra Palace, Kenwood House and Hampstead Heath are also nearby, providing vast expanses of open green space, complemented by a number of surrounding tennis and golf clubs. Equally, there is a good selection of well performing schools at both primary and secondary level.

Prices start at £1,000,000 for a two bedroom apartment, with two apartments already reserved. Please visit the developments section of the website for more information.
