94WPV’s unique design catches the eye

Following the completion of the show unit at 94 Westbourne Park Villas, the niche conversion was suitably featured in the press.

Distinctive living. Unique location. 94 Westbourne Park Villas encompasses everything that defines those two statements. The distinct and elegant period building, transformed following the relocation of the West London Buddhist Centre (WLBC) to our nearby One Westbourne Gardens development, has resulted in two of the most unique duplex apartments in the wider Notting Hill area.

The luxury conversion featured in City AM’s Hot Property, who commented on how the building dates back to 1836 and its former spiritual incumbents have been moved to the One Westbourne Gardens development nearby’.

The Evening Standard’s homes and property supplement featured 94 Westbourne Park Villas in its Smartmoves feature with the headline ‘Buy into the good karma’. With again a strong focus on the previous premise being occupied by the WLBC, they commented, ‘On a prominent corner site in a tree-lined conservation area, 94 Westbourne Park Villas is the conversion of a former Buddhist centre into grand, open-plan duplex apartments with high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring, and glass-and-timber “floating” stairways.’
